In order to use the Classmate for concerts, plays, recreational events, etc. clamp the clamp mount onto the arm between two seats, use a portable monitor and a battery pack and you are all set. When a seat with an arm is not available, another option is to hand hold the camera on the arm. It is also possible to buy the camera with a handle and cable attached (see Accessories), which is designed to give you a grip for holding the camera by itself..
